Forensic Litigation Support: E-discovery:
- eDiscovery data processing tools, hosting, and production during the life cycles of a project for clients
- Document client objectives, assumptions and requirements
- Monitor progress against the plan throughout the eDiscovery project/delivery cycle including time, budget, and quality measures
- Report eDiscovery project progress internally and externally
- Identify eDiscovery processes and quality improvements on an ongoing process as well as part of a post-project analysis
- Co-ordinate interdepartmental resources to help ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget constraints
- Handle confidential client data
- Proactively apply quality management, change control, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction control procedures
- Effectively organize eDiscovery project documents and supporting material
- Understand and assimilate different requirements and changes, and capture those in project updates and communicate to the project team
- Manage multiple priorities and projects
- Lead small groups of technical and non-technical staff for troubleshooting, problem resolution and brainstorming initiatives
- Explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical, internal and external audiences through verbal and/or written communication
Qualifications:
- BSc. Business Management, Trenton State College, accredited
- 10 years experience working as a Project Manager
- Experience with large-scale document scanning, production, and trial preparation, partner extensive hands on experience with the litigation discovery process: hire us together as a package
- Partner George Aggrey has extensive coding and programming skills, often flying to and from international locations at moments notice
- George Aggrey has and is capable of working in a secret location or in his hotel room if server housed temporarilyon location for the project
- Outstanding teamwork experience, organizational and analytical skills

- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective project management and multitasking skills, and the ability to execute multiple priorities and projects daily
- Deliver in a fast-paced environment
